4. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

• Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by accessing your account or contacting customer support. Once dispatched, standard return procedures apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package to the designated address.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your DV Clothing purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our return guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags intact.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after quality inspection.
